Description

Project evolved from 100,000 sq ft office refurbishment to 220,000 sq ft total back to the frame refurbishment creating entirely new looking building by replacing the façade. In addition the team have been charged with creating a best in class product incorporating ESG (Environmental, social and corporate governance) and innovation initiatives.
