Who we are
Thamesis Asset Management Limited was incorporated over 15 years ago. We have delivered in excess of 30 commercial and residential projects totalling over £250M of CAPEX. We have worked on projects across the United Kingdom with project sizes ranging from £1.5M to £80M.
Peter Lowe and Peter Jenks are the founding directors of the business and are still personally involved in every project. Both have more than 30 years’ experience in the industry.
Thamesis is a dynamic asset and development management specialist, managing a substantial commercial property portfolio for major institutional clients.
We take a personal approach to each project and offer in-depth advice derived from over 30 years of experience in commercial property. Our broad network of professional and agency team contacts enables us to offer effective budget conscious project delivery.
Our directors have worked on a wide variety of projects from major town centre redevelopments to small office refurbishments, in addition to general asset management across all the major sectors.
