35 Perrymount Road is a prominent detached office building arranged on ground and five upper floors, with on site parking. A comprehensive refurbishment has just been completed throughout the property.
Thamesis were able to make significant savings from the approved budget through value engineering the proposed scheme of works. The completed refurbishment achieved a marked uplift in rents and overall marketability for the client.
