Westminster House, Richmond upon Thames

Westminster house is a 1950’s mixed use building adjacent to the listed art deco Richmond train station. Thamesis were appointed to explore the opportunity to increase the value of the building through refurbishment of existing office areas. We identified an opportunity to secure planning for a roof top extension. Consent was granted in 2015 for a modern two storey steel and glass extension adding significantly to the existing office floor area.
