Worldwide House is now a fully refurbished and remodelled office building of over 50,000 sq ft. The specification includes new mechanical and electrical systems and a dramatic fully glazed double height reception and a new glass roof to part of the first floor. Thamesis were appointed to manage the revitalisation of the building which was formerly occupied by Vodafone. Planning consent was secured for the extended glass reception, new lift and comprehensive external landscaping. The redevelopment completed in 2016.
