The property is located on Crinan Street, adjacent to the Guardian building and a stone’s throw from Google’s new London HQ. Thamesis were appointed to oversee both the asset management, planning and redevelopment of the building. Planning consent for a single storey extension has been secured together with façade changes and a new roof terrace. The redevelopment of the remainder of the building has taken the existing structure back to a shell. Whist retaining all of the warehouse character, the redeveloped building will provide a modern air-conditioned office specification.
