90-98 Union Street is an excellent example of a Southwark warehouse style office building. The project is the third on Union Street that Thamesis has been appointed to manage. Having secured planning consent for additional roof terraces and a two storey extension, a comprehensive refurbishment of all internal areas of the building was completed in quarter one 2017.
The building is fully let.
