Thamesis are appointed as development managers coordinating the refurbishment and remodelling of two modern, purpose built office buildings that will total 15,391 sq ft (NIA) post refurbishment. The buildings are situated directly opposite the train station in the centre of Guildford.
The team have taken a bold approach in their decision to expose the services on the office floors and are undertaking significant remodelling works both internally to the core areas and externally update the buildings to appeal to the wider market.
Work started in Autumn 2018.
