Project: Redevelopment Feasibility Study

Role: Development Manager

Thamesis were appointed to explore a total redevelopment of the site for a new office building. Working with Rolfe Judd architects a successful pre-application process was supported by Southward Council to re-develop the site, nearly doubling the commercial floor space to 45,000 sq. ft.
