Thamesis acted as Development Managers in the complete refurbishment of a 20,000 sq ft warehouse-style office. Located in Clerkenwell, The Skipper Building development represents a unique approach to Heritage conservation whilst providing a modern, thoughtfully re-imagined workspace. The project includes new end of trip facilities, bike storage, showers, roof terrace and rear extension.
