Thamesis were appointed as development managers cot coordinate the refurbishment and remodelling of two modern, purpose built office buildings that totalled 15,391 sq ft (NIA) post refurbishment. The buildings are situated directly opposite the train station in the centre of Guildford.

Working with architect Spratley and Partners the team took team took a bold approach in their decision to expose the services on the office floors and are undertook significant remodelling works both internally to the core areas and externally to update the buildings to appeal to the wider market.
