Project: Comprehensive redevelopment and extension of a 10,000 warehouse building
Role: Asset Manager/Development Manager
The property is located on Crinan Street, adjacent to the Guardian building and a stone’s throw from Google’s new London HQ. Thamesis were appointed to oversee both the asset management, planning and redevelopment of the building.
Planning consent for single story extension was secured together with facade changes and a new roof terrace. The redevelopment of the remainder of the building took the existing structure back to its shell. Whilst retaining all of the warehouse character the redeveloped building provided a modern exposed services contemporary office.
