Swan house is a self-contained office building adjacent to the Grand Union Canal in Uxbridge. Thamesis were appointed to manage the complete refurbishment of office areas and remodelling of reception. Significant savings were made from the preliminary budget despite increasing the scope of works both internally and externally to include new VRF air conditioning and landscaping.
