Project: Refurbishment and extension of existing warehouse style office building

Union House is an attractive former Victorian warehouse, prominently located at the junction of Union Street and Great Suffolk Street.
Working with architects Spratley and Partners the team undertook a comprehensive refurbishment including a steel and glass cranked new upper floor structure to create a striking new appearance blending modern contemporary with the original structure.
