7 Dials Warehouse, Covent Garden, London

Seven dials is an iconic warehouse building in the heart of Covent Garden.

Former office occupiers included social media giant Facebook and the app developer, King, makers of Candy Crush.

Thamesis were appointed as development managers to oversee the comprehensive refurbishment of all office areas. Working with architects Gpad the team repositioned and enhanced the main reception and created a magnificent roof terrace.

The office areas were comprehensively refurbished incorporating exposed brickwork with contemporary ceiling mounted services.

The building was let within two months of practical completion to Red Bull for their European headquarters
